Apart from any Lower Tier seating, the Ground Floor is entirely level and does not require a lift or stairs. There are two lifts that allow access to the First and Second Floors.
Please contact us if you require any further assistance or information.
We work hard to make our venue as accessible as possible. Step-free access is available to the venue's main entrance and to accessible seating via lifts to upper floors, and concourse bars feature lowered access for those using wheelchairs.

We’re afraid we can’t organise that. But some promoters do arrange meet and greet packages, which may be available to buy online.
Posters displayed at our venue belong to the event promoters, who may want to use them for something else, so we can’t offer them to you. If the merchandise desks are open for an event it is always worth checking to see if they have tour prints available for sale.
Dependant on the event, some seats might be sold as restricted view. This means that some elements of the artist, show or production might be obscured. Any seats sold will be labelled as restricted view.
