Accessibility
We sell our accessible tickets through Ticketmaster.
To book accessible tickets, click on the page for the event you are wishing to attend and do the following:
- Go to the right-hand menu and click ‘all ticket types’
- Scroll down to the ‘Accessible Tickets’ section
- Check the boxes next to the accessible options you wish to purchase (wheelchair accessible, ambulant disabled and sight impaired) as well as the essential companion option should you require it
- Select your seats – if you drag the cursor over any of the circles representing seats, this will produce a box telling you which seat that is, so check this before you purchase (please note that accessible seats will show the wheelchair logo, but they are not all wheelchair accessible seats)
- Once you have selected your seats, click the green ‘Get Tickets’ option, and this will take you through to the checkout.
The exact locations of our accessible seating may depend on the event, so it is advised that you check before you purchase your tickets. These seats are subject to availability, so it is advised to book them as early as possible.
Our general admission seats are 470mm wide. Our Premium seats are 520mm wide.
You can find all information about travel to and from Vaillant Live, including public transport routes and the best options for accessible guests, on our Getting Here page.
You can find our recommended car parks on our Getting Here page.
Walking aids (i.e. crutches, walking sticks, protective boots) are allowed into the seated areas but unfortunately, due to the unpredictability of crowd movement on the floor, these aren’t allowed in the standing area on standing floor events. To ensure you are booking the most suitable seat please contact us on hello@vaillantlive.co.uk.
If you already have tickets, just drop us an e-mail to check your requirements.
Vaillant Live's auditorium has step free access with lifts to all other levels.
We work hard to make our venue as accessible as possible. Step-free access is available to the venue's main entrance and to accessible seating via lifts to upper floors, and concourse bars feature lowered access for those using wheelchairs.
We are happy to confirm that Vaillant Live will feature a Changing Places toilet on the ground floor, providing a fully wheelchair accessible bathroom. You can find out more about Changing Places here.
Hearing loops are available to borrow from the Information Desk, along with headphones and neck loops. You do not need to book these in advance, but you are welcome to contact us before an event if you are looking to borrow one.
You will be able to use our hearing loops throughout the auditorium.
Any users will be asked to give their name, seat number and a contact number when borrowing a device. This is to ensure that all hearing loops have been returned and will be available for future events. Please remember to return the device back to the Information Desk at the end of the event.
All counters in the venue, including bars, merchandise stands and the Information Desk, are fitted with a counter induction loop system.
More InformationWe’ll do everything we can to make sure you’re safe and comfortable. If you need to carry medication, email us at hello@vaillantlive.co.uk before the show. We’ll be happy to help.

Additional Accessible Support
Wheelchairs will be available to borrow from the Information Desk during an event. These are subject to availability, so please contact us in advance if you require the use of a wheelchair.
Our wheelchairs can be used to help guests get to and from their seats. If you need assistance and do not have an essential companion or other guest with you, please ask a member of staff.
Please note that these can only be used inside the venue and cannot be taken outside. They are for transfer use only, so please do not book a wheelchair accessible space if you are intending to borrow one of our wheelchairs.

Any wheelchairs loaned out must be returned to the Information Desk at the end of the event.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are bringing an assistance dog with you to an event. Some events may be unsuitable for an assistance dog, so it is advised that you check in advance of booking any tickets.

Assistance dogs should be able to do the following:
- Stay with their owner and not wander freely around the venue
- Be capable of sitting or lying quietly on the floor next to their owner

They should also be clearly marked as assistance dogs. You may be asked to provide proof that your assistance dog has been trained by an Assistance Dog UK (ADUK) member organisation, although we acknowledge that this may not be possible.
We do not take responsibility for assistance dogs while on site. We ask that as much as possible they stay with their owner. There is a small bowl available from the Information Desk should they need water.
Please note that assistance dogs are the only animals we allow into the venue.
For more information on assistance dogs, click here. Alternatively, get in contact with the venue.
