£1,000 CASH PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Ts&Cs”)
1. How to participate
1.1 This prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is operated by [SMG (UK) Limited (trading as “ASM Global”) company number 00821116] OR [SMG Europe Holdings Limited (trading as “ASM Global”) company number 05558259] OR [AEG Facilities UK Limited (trading as “ASM Global”) company number 07393342] whose registered office address is Manchester Arena, Hunts Bank, Manchester, M3 1AR, which is the operator of Vaillant Live (the “Venue”). ASM Global is the promoter of this Prize Draw.
1.2 To enter this competition, register for the Vaillant Live newsletter by completing the form at: Newsletter and enter the information requested. Guests already registered to receive the Vaillant Live Newsletter will automatically be entered into the prize draw. ASM Global accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault (technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure) of any kind.
1.3 The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the T&Cs of this competition, and in the event of a conflict, these Ts&Cs take precedence.
1.4 You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs upon entry to the competition. Entries that do not comply with these T&Cs will be void and will not be entered into the competition.
1.5 You may only submit one entry to this competition. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into the competition.
1.5.1 No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
1.5.2 ASM Global reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. ASM Global may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the Prize may be withheld until and unless ASM (in its sole discretion) is satisfied with the verification.
1.5.3 ASM accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the Prize.
1.6 There is no entry fee for entering the competition.

2. Start Date
2.1 The competition will start at 5pm on 4th July 2025
3. Closing Date
3.1 The competition will close at 11.59pm on 31st August 2025. Entries received after this time will be void and will not be entered into the competition.
4. Prize(s)
4.1 The prize(s) consists of the following:
4.1.1 £1k cash paid to one winner via BACs payment.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable.
4.3 The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
4.4 ASM Global reserves the right to replace the prize(s) at condition 4.1 with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond ASM Global’s control make it necessary to do so.
5. Eligibility
5.1 This Prize Draw is open to everyone aged 18 years or over who is a UK resident, except:
5.1.1 employees of the Venue;
5.1.2 employees of agents or suppliers of the Venue, who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; or
5.1.3 members of the immediate families or households of the individuals referred to in conditions 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 above.
5.2 By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. ASM Global may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
6. Selection of the winner
6.1 There will be one winner of each prize listed at condition 4.1, which will be determined by a competition.
6.2 The competition prize draw shall take place the week commencing Monday 01/09/2025.
6.3 The winner will be selected at random by a computer process from all entries correctly received in accordance with these T&Cs. The decision of ASM Global regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.
6.4 ASM Global will contact the winner using the e-mail address provided with the Prize Draw entry on or before 15th September 2025 by 17:30 UK time.
6.5 If the winner cannot be contacted by the e-mail address provided, elects not to accept the prize, or does not respond to the notification and claim the prize within twenty-eight (28) days of being initially contacted, the prize will be forfeited and ASM Global will be entitled to select an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above from the remaining eligible entries. ASM will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the specified Prize.
7. Publicity and personal data
7.1 By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to your personal data being used, collected, stored and processed by ASM Global to process your entry and to contact you about your entry. ASM Global will use your personal data only in accordance with these Ts&Cs and our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Your personal data will only be used for the purpose of the Prize Draw, unless you also elect to sign up to the Venue’s newsletter.
7.3 If the prize includes tickets to an event then for the purpose of administering the ticket allocation, ASM reserves the right to exchange information and data regarding tickets and applications with third party ticket providers and/or service providers.
General
8.1 While nothing in these Ts&Cs will limit ASM Global’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, ASM Global will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to ASM Global or to the entrant at the time of entry to the Prize Draw or which are caused by a third party. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8.2 You will release ASM and its affiliates, partners and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this Prize Draw or the use or acceptance of a prize.
8.3 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Ts&Cs, ASM Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.
8.4 ASM Global reserves the right, at any time without giving prior notice, to: suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw; amend these Ts&Cs; declare void the notification of winner(s); and/or allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners if necessary. By continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these Ts&Cs, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
8.5 If any provision of these Ts&Cs is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
8.6 These T&Cs will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
8.7 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
