How to upgrade your ticket to Premium
Great news - you can upgrade your standard ticket to Premium if there's still availability. Don't miss out on the chance to upgrade and enhance your show night experience with a touch of luxury!
If you have booked your tickets via Ticketmaster, we advise the below:
⦁ Enter the Ticketmaster mobile app
⦁ Click on 'My Tickets'
⦁ Then click on which event tickets you'd like to upgrade
⦁ In the lower right of your screen, click on 'Order'
⦁ From here, you should find instructions on how to upgrade or exchange your ticket
If you need any further assistance regarding your ticket order, you will need to contact Ticketmaster's Customer Support directly online or via the Ticketmaster mobile app.
If you have booked your ticket/s through an external agent, you would only be able to upgrade to Premium on the night of the event. This will not always be possible if the event has sold out in Premium.
