CHRISTMAS CRACKER ULTIMATE HAMPER GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“T&Cs”)
How to participate:

This competition is operated by SMG (UK) Limited (trading as “Legends Global”) company number 00821116 whose registered office address is Manchester Arena, Hunts Bank, Manchester, M3 1AR, which is the operator of Vaillant Live, Derby (the “Venue”). Legends Global is the promoter of this competition.

You can enter this competition on the Vaillant Live Facebook page and Instagram. To enter, you must:
a) Like and share the social media post announcing the competition.
b) Tag someone in the comments of the competition announcement post.
c) Follow Vaillant Live’s Facebook and/or Instagram (the channel you have chosen to enter the competition)
3. Legends Global accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault (technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure) of any kind.
4. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the T&Cs of this competition, and in the event of a conflict, these T&Cs take precedence.
5. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs upon entry to the competition. Entries that do not comply with these T&Cs will be void and will not be entered into the competition.
6. This is one entry per person.
7. No third-party entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
8. Legends Global reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. Legends Global may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the Prize may be withheld until and unless Legends Global (in its sole discretion) is satisfied with the verification.
9. Legends Global accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the Prize.

Start date
10. The competition will start 12th of December 2025 at midday.
Closing Date
11. The competition will close at 23:59 GMT on the 18th of December 2025. Entries received after this time will be void and will not be entered into the competition.
Prize(s)
11. The prize(s) consists of the following:
a) 2 x Premium tickets of the winner’s choice to an event taking place at Vaillant Live either on or prior to 31st March 2026. Excluding a sold out event. The winner must choose the event they’d like to attend by midday 28th of February at the latest.
b) A one-night stay inc. Breakfast, in Leonardo Hotel, Cathedral Quarter, Derby City Centre on the chosen event date.
c) A £50 food and beverage voucher to spend at Vaillant Live bars
d) £50 Derbion Leisure and Shopping Centre.
e) A game of bowling for two people at Hollywood Bowl, Derbion Leisure and Shopping Centre, Derby.
12) The prizes will be emailed to you with exception of the £50 Derbion voucher, which will need to be collected in person at the venue. A team member will organise this with the winner.
13. Each prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses (including travel, food, drinks and accommodation) not listed in condition 11 a-e above.
14. The Winner and any permitted companions will be solely responsible for travel to the Venue and all other expenses.
15. Legends Global assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which Winners may be required to pay at any time in connection with a Prize.
16. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and there is no cash alternative available.
17. If the Event, chosen is rescheduled for any reason, the prize will be valid for any rescheduled date.
18. If the Event is cancelled for any reason, the prize will be void and no alternative prize will be made available.
19. Legends Global reserves the right to replace the prize(s) at condition 11 a-e with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Legends Global’s control make it necessary to do so.
Eligibility
20. This competition is open to everyone aged 18 years or over who is a UK resident, except:
- employees of the Venue;
- employees of agents or suppliers of the Venue, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
- members of the immediate families or households of the individuals referred to in conditions 7 and 8 above.
21. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Legends Global may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
Selection of the winner
22. There will be one winner of the prize/s listed at condition 11 a-e, which will be determined by a competition.
23. The competition will take place from 12th of December 2025 and end on the 18th of December at 23:59.
24. The winners will be selected on the 19th December at random by a computer process from all entries correctly received in accordance with these T&Cs. The decision of Legends Global regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.
25. Legends Global will contact the winner directly via the platform they entered the competition.
26. If the winner cannot be contacted, elects not to accept the prize, or does not respond to the notification and claim the prize within twenty-eight (28) days, the prize will be forfeited and Legends Global will be entitled to select an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above from the remaining eligible entries. Legends will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the specified Prize.
26. The winner will be required to comply with the Venue’s Terms of Entry.
27. We reserve the right at all times to exclude or disqualify you on reasonable grounds (eg. if you have cheated, provided false information, used the Prize Draw to offend others, or otherwise acted in bad faith) and you will have no right of recourse against ASM Global.
Publicity and personal data
28. By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to your personal data being used, collected, stored and processed by Legends Global to process your entry and to contact you about your entry. Legends Global will use your personal data only in accordance with these T&Cs and our Privacy Policy.
29. Your personal data will only be used for the purpose of the Prize Draw, unless you also elect to sign up to the Venue’s newsletter.
30. You acknowledge that you may be asked by Legends Global to participate in publicity relating to this Prize Draw if you are selected as a winner.
31. If the prize includes tickets to an event then for the purpose of administering the ticket allocation, Legends reserves the right to exchange information and data regarding tickets and applications with third party ticket providers and/or service providers.
General
32. While nothing in these T&Cs will limit Legends Global’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, Legends Global will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to Legends Global or to the entrant at the time of entry to the Prize Draw or which are caused by a third party. Your statutory rights are not affected.
33. You will release Legends Global and its affiliates, partners and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this Prize Draw or the use or acceptance of a prize.
34. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these T&Cs, Legends Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.
35. Legends Global reserves the right, at any time without giving prior notice, to: suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw; amend these T&Cs; declare void the notification of winner(s); and/or allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners if necessary. By continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these T&Cs, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
36. If any provision of these T&Cs is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
37. These T&Cs will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
38. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
